Returns & Refunds
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand our return, refund, and replacement policies.
Refunds, if any, will be made in the cryptocurrency and sent to the cryptocurrency wallet that was used to purchase the returned item(s). Sibedee does not know or have access to customer wallet passwords.
Sale Items
Sale items will not be refunded but do qualify for damage replacement during shipping. If the item is no longer in stock, Sibedee reserves the right to replace it with a product that is substantially equivalent in quality and equal to or greater than the non-sale (retail) price.
Return and Refund Policy for Unopened Products
All unopened products may be returned within 30-days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, UNOPENED, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs for returned products are non-refundable.
- To return a product, the customer should mail to the return address on the initial order or contact us for the correct receiving facility.
- Sibedee does not guarantee that it will receive the returned item. Therefore, for the benefit of both the customer and Sibedee, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
Return and Refund Policy for Opened Products
Sibedee does NOT accept opened products for return and no refunds will be made for opened products – with the following exception:
- Within 30 days of delivery, the customer has had the product tested by a 3rd party laboratory, at the customer’s expense, attesting that the product does not conform to its labeling or its description on the Sibedee website.
If the product meets the exception requirements:
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- The customer must include
1) a copy of the original invoice or order number,
2) the opened product, with labeling intact, that was tested,
3) a copy of the 3rd party test results,
4) a copy of the 3rd party testing cost receipt, and
5) a copy of the shipping cost receipt. - To return a product, the customer should mail to the return address on the initial order or contact us for the correct receiving facility.
- Sibedee does not guarantee that it will receive the returned item. Therefore, for the benefit of both the customer and Sibedee, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
- For refunds of products that do not meet product labeling requirements, the cost of return shipping and the cost of 3rd party testing will be added to your refund.
Replacement Policy for Products Damaged During Shipping
- All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs.
- Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
- A photo of the damaged product expedites replacement.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
- No shipping charges will be assessed to the customer.
